Who else is tired of the New York Yankees collecting superstars like they are stamps or something? They are always looking for some other big name to add to their roster. This is why I wasn't all that surprised when I herd rumors that the Yankees might be interested in signing superstar Manny Ramirez. The Yankee's problem is they have more money than they know what to do with. So they just try to buy all of the talent that is available at the moment. Now I know you are probably all thinking what is so bad about that, don't they have the right to try to get the best players possible? Well there isn't anything wrong with it. I just think it's extremely annoying that they think they have to have the whole all-star team on their roster.
The thing that I find funny about all this is they seem to have all the talent in the world but yet they didn't even make it to the playoffs this year. So now they think they have to go out and try to get even more big name players such as Manny Ramirez, CC Sabathia, and Mark Teixiera. The reason why the Yankees are able to get these kind of players is because the players are always looking for the highest bidder and most of the time that is the Yankees. I don't see why Ramirez would even want to play for New York because he spent all those years in Boston and they have the biggest rivalry in baseball. The Yankee fans might not welcome Manny very nicely.
